Hey Terri - tomatoes are pretty acidic which is most likely causing the diaper rash. Some babies just can't handle the acidity. Sydney had the same problem till she was about 2. I had to really limit her intake of acidic foods each day (she LOVED oranges) to prevent the rash bcs it caused her a lot of pain. Just something to think about! :)
