then we found the "mountain"

hiking with our weekly rain or shine group

more climbing and jumping at another XC meet

this was Cades best race. he was so fast! He got his best time, looked super strong/fast AND it was the hardest course. It boosted him up to 3rd on his team!

our tree

Cade after the mud run. It may have been fun during, but after was cold and messy and not fun.

it rained for 4 days. Olivia and I got creative and made a racetrack out of cardboard.

my beautiful girl

playing in the POURING rain

we went to a beautiful harvest dinner at the middle school, put on by one of our neighbors and her students. It was fabulous!

picking Daddy up from school and doing some work in his classroom. she graded this test.

the cutest halloween costume, not to be worn :(

the actual costume. she loves to dance and twirl.

the Regional XC meet, after which we sped home for the community trick or tromp event.

I mean, look at that pose.

Georgie spends a lot of time up here.

Olivia and I took a special trip to this historic General Store and then to the beach. Yes, on October 25th!

a sweet man offered to take our picture and I couldn't delete any of them, we are in so few pictures together!

she dipped her hair into the water about 5 times. It was awesome and hilarious and not even ice cold!

Jeff working to prop up the carriage house and replace rotting beams. Ugh.
