Olivia Layne - 36 weeks

We had our weekly photo shoot with Daddy this week :)

Livi Layne, what a week it has been! Your poor mama was put through the wringer, emotionally, but now we are on the other side, and I am so grateful! I was talking to someone about you recently and almost broke into joyous tears as I commented on how happy you usually are. Truly, you are so fun to be with. You look around, grab things, play with things, try out your new moves, some of which include crawling backwards a few steps!, giggle, make loud blowing noises, chatter, smile and totally delight in your daddy. You are a happy baby and I feel so lucky to be your mama. You are starting to like solid food again! Rice cereal with applesauce, apples and prunes. We found a new nanny for you. She is absolutely wonderful! After a couple of days of despairing and wondering what we were going to do, the perfect solution presented itself. Her name is Nayelle and you love her. And we love her! My hope is that this go around will be a long term fit because Daddy and I see a lot of potential with you and Nayelle and how you will learn and grow with her. I think this turned out to be a blessing in disguise!
